Shipping

After you place your order and complete your profile, we get straight to work preparing your watch. Your watch will arrive, ready to use, within three days.

We will:

• Set up your profile on our monitoring team's systems
• Fully charge and test your watch
• Package and post it to you, Tracked 24 with Royal Mail
• And of course, drop you a call to say hello and introduce ourselves :)

We are proud to work with fellow social enteprise, Mail Out, to prepare and send you your watch. Mail Out provides training and employment support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. They have around 16 trainees, who are part of the training programme, and one self-funded apprentice, who benefits from a paid year apprenticeship to develop his/her warehouse skills.
